These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of Inkframe software (“the Software”) provided by Tucker Netzolt (“we,” “us,” “our”) at getinkframe.com. By purchasing or using the Software you agree to these Terms.
Upon purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Inkframe on up to 2 computers that you own or control. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or distribute the Software or your license key.
You must be at least 13 years old to purchase or use Inkframe. By purchasing you confirm you meet this requirement.
Inkframe is sold at a one-time price with no recurring charges. Payment is processed by Stripe. All sales are in USD. Prices are subject to change for future purchases; your purchased license is not affected.
We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if the Software does not run on your machine and we cannot resolve the issue. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order details. We do not offer refunds for change of mind after the app is working.
Your license includes all updates to the current major version of Inkframe. Future major versions may require a new purchase. We do not guarantee any specific update schedule.
Inkframe and all content within it are owned by Tucker Netzolt. You retain full ownership of any animation projects you create using the Software.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except as permitted by applicable law. You may not use the Software to create malicious content or violate any applicable law.
The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. Your use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Software. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state where we are located.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted with a new “Last updated” date.
